Question:I cant get online, can yaou help?

Answer:90% of the time if a customer is having a hard time getting online or the net seems to be running slow you can cycle your router and youll be up and running fast!

Just unplug the power to your power over ethernet plug (the power supply to your outdoor radio and leave if off for 10 seconds and plug it back in, this will cyle the router and youll be back up and running.

Most of the time a router or radio will become hung up or jittery when users are using a lot of file transfer and shareware programs,(uploading/downloading music,software,videos etc. so limiting the use of these programs will help.
